The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support key members of our executive team including the CEO, COO and Chief Advice Officer. This role is based in our Erina office (NSW Central Coast) and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with real scope for development and growth.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities. You will enjoy working with senior stakeholders, take ownership of tasks, and thrive in a dynamic corporate setting.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or senior administrative professional.
* Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a large or complex organisation.
* Ability to coordinate across teams and work independently while exercising initiative.
* Experience managing executive travel arrangements and complex calendars preferred.
* A positive, 'can-do' attitude, with the willingness to learn and develop new skills.
