The opportunity
Join a well-known, Australian primary processor and utilise your strong administration and logistics background. As the KVA administrator you will report directly and work closely with the KVA Manager where you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring that the department runs efficiently and according to the safety guidelines. KVA Administrator is responsible to assist the manager to ensure traceability is followed all the way through the process, data is recorded in the system, communication is maintained between the department, employees and other departments across site and updating the roster with time and payroll information.
Main Duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Updating Excel spreadsheets
* Completing weekly stocktakes
* Following daily scheduled tasks
* Verifying information with daily production
* Maintaining and updating accurate records
* Dispatching of trucks
* General Administration support
