Regional Support Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Residence Managers in ensuring compliance with relevant legislations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support Residence Managers to ensure compliance with aged care and other relevant legislations.
* Develop and implement business and people development objectives and related regional activities.
* Travel across all residences in NSW and ACT.
Requirements:
* Previous Regional Support Management experience desirable.
* Sound experience in working in aged care or Human Services field.
* Registered Nurse Division One desirable.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated experience in operational management including Human Resources, people leadership and motivation, budgeting, service delivery and facility maintenance.
* Demonstrated experience in project management.
* Broad understanding of legislation, regulations and requirements, and issues affecting aged care.
