About This Role Senior Project Engineer leading small brownfields projects from concept to handover within a live oil & gas environment. Responsible for scope development, cost estimates, CTRs, scheduling, engineering deliverables, MOC and execution support. You will engage cross‑functional stakeholders, coordinate contractors and drive safe, efficient project delivery aligned to operational priorities.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery (scope → execution → handover)
Develop scope, execution strategies, and project plans
Prepare and manage cost estimates, CTRs, and schedules
Coordinate and review engineering deliverables
Develop execution‑ready work packs
Engage and align stakeholders across technical, operations, and supply chain
Manage MOC processes and ensure compliance
Interface with contractors and engineering providers
Support site execution and monitor delivery performance
Identify and manage project risks and constraints
Develop DSPs / KDSs for project approvals
Coordinate procurement and materials readiness
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Support commissioning, start‑up, and handover to operations
Requirements
An Engineering Diploma (or equivalent)
10+ years' experience in the oil & gas industry
Proven experience delivering facilities or brownfields projects through contractors
Strong understanding of working within operating assets alongside production and maintenance teams
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and change (MOC)
Experience coordinating multi‑discipline stakeholders and contractors
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
A collaborative, proactive approach with a high level of accountability and ownership
