Your new role: As the Senior Occupational Therapist - Clinical Education Support Officer, you will provide leadership, coordination and support for occupational therapy clinical education across Princess Alexandra Hospital and associated community services. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting and coordinating clinical educators delivering student and new graduate education * Providing high-level clinical advice and education support across diverse OT practice areas * Building staff capability and confidence in contemporary clinical education practices * Contributing to service development, education initiatives and statewide OT education programs About you: You are an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for education, leadership and workforce development, and you enjoy influencing practice beyond your own caseload.
