We are looking for someone who has experience and skillset in a similar style venue or restaurant, can lead and inspire a successful team and thrives on guest experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an a la carte environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Strong service focus and driving sales and revenue.
* Experience in premium events or weddings highly desirable.
