About the Role: Take the lead as a Project Manager in a dynamic, growing commercial landscape business delivering high-quality projects. This hybrid role blends office coordination with site engagement across unique commercial and ecological landscapes. Tasks & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial landscape and built landscape projects Plan, schedule and coordinate construction activities with internal teams and subcontractors Oversee project budgets, timelines, quality, risk and reporting Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants and contractors Conduct regular site visits to ensure works meet specifications and standards Ensure compliance with design, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements Skills & Experience: 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial landscape construction Confident managing diverse built landscape and ecological projects (e.g., wetlands, hardscapes) Strong organisational skills with budget and schedule control experience Excellent communicator with stakeholder management ability Proactive, hands-on and able to adapt in a field/office hybrid role Relevant qualifications in project, construction or landscape management preferred Benefits & Perks: Amazing salary on offer - up to $140k super depending on experience Variety of project experience across commercial, ecological and public landscape works Hybrid working structure (office site home) Work on sustainable and environmentally significant projects About the Company Join a well-respected ecological and landscape construction business delivering sustainable landscape projects throughout Victoria.
