Workshop 28 is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team at the Gold Coast Marine Precinct. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work in a workshop environment and takes pride in producing high quality cabinetry for premium marine and residential fitouts. You'll play a key role in crafting components that are central to the success of our projects, working with a supportive and professional team.
What you'll be doing
* Building cabinetry and custom joinery in our factory for premium marine and residential fitouts
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and cutting lists
* Operating machinery and hand tools with care and precision
* Ensuring all work meets quality control standards
* Supporting the production team to maintain workflow and deadlines
* Keeping a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience in cabinet making or joinery
* Solid understanding of factory production processes and techniques
* Ability to read and follow detailed technical plans and specifications
* High attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
* Valid driver's license and reliable transport
