About the Role
  • High level professionalism and customer service whilst communicating with internal and external stakeholders; providing information and advice in line with school policies and/or Principal directives; and demonstrating empathy, emotional understanding and support.
  • Other duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate.
  • Daily student absences.
  • Interpreting departmental and school policies, guidelines and ensuring legislative and procedural requirements are met.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
About You
  • Administrative experience.
  • OneSchool experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated high level of communication skills.
  • Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, achieving quality outcomes.
  • Professional discretion.
  • Ability to confidently acquire the knowledge needed to fulfil the above skills and responsibilities.
