Your role is to build on this foundation and unlock further growth across metro Melbourne hospitals and day surgeries.

What You’ll Do You’ll drive consumables sales in anaesthetics, maternity and critical care, while also identifying opportunities in capital equipment such as CSSD, theatre lights and nitrous oxide systems. You’ll be supported by experienced product managers and a national service team, giving you the ability to offer consultative, multi-solution proposals that deliver real value for both public and private customers.
What You’ll Gain You’ll take on a territory that is established but far from saturated. Success here means making a visible impact in one of the company’s key growth engines, expanding into private hospital groups such as Ramsay and Healthscope, and growing share of wallet with existing partners. You’ll have full ownership of your territory and the opportunity to progress as the sales team expands nationally.
Who You Are This role suits someone ambitious, structured and independent. You may be a clinician with experience in anaesthetics or theatre with experience in sales or an early career sales professional looking to step up into a broader role. Above all, you’ll be proactive, resilient and motivated by the opportunity to accelerate your career in a business where growth is real and your success is recognised.
