Your New RoleAs the Events & Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in developing and delivering partnerships with brands, businesses, and influencers, whilst leading events and statewide activations that bring the brand to life. It's a chance to showcase your networking, engagement and leadership capabilities whilst making a difference to our community.
What you'll need to succeed
The key responsibilities include:
1. Research and obtain new partnership opportunities that enhance program reach, operational performance and community engagement.
2. Negotiate and secure partnership contracts by building relationships, presenting value propositions and managing end-to-end support.
3. Develop strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders and community organisations to support shared goals and long-term collaboration.
4. Plan, coordinate and deliver events from concept to execution, ensuring all logistics, timelines and stakeholder requirements are effectively managed.
5. Drive and develop brand enhancement and awareness by implementing strategies that strengthen recognition and consistent representation across all channels.
6. Other project work as required
