Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute lifecycle programs using Braze to activate and engage partners.
* Develop creative messaging and communication plans for various channels.
* Collaborate with the PR Manager on content and trade press initiatives.
* Create targeted communication across multiple channels, including app/portal messages, email, SMS, live chat, and calls.
* Work closely with Product teams to optimize partner experiences, particularly automated journeys.
* Act as the Business Lead for the MarTech platform (Braze and Segment) and serve as an expert on data flows.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
* Experience with Braze and other MarTech platforms.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Able to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
