We're on an exciting journey to transform our digital ecosystem—and we need a visionary Cyber Solution Architect to help us lead the way. This is more than a technical role; it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact by embedding security into the very fabric of our innovation.
As our Cyber Solution Architect, you'll be the trusted expert guiding the design and governance of secure, scalable, and resilient cyber architecture solutions. You'll work at the intersection of technology and strategy, ensuring our digital platforms not only enable innovation but also safeguard the information assets that matter most.
This is a full-time, ongoing position, based at our Hawkesbury campus (Parramatta South campus as required), with hybrid working arrangements available.

About You
You're not just a technologist—you're a strategic thinker who understands the bigger picture. You thrive on collaboration, can translate complex technical concepts into clear language, and have the confidence to influence decisions at all levels.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience designing and implementing cyber architecture in complex digital environments.
* Deep knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST SP800-53, ISO 27001), cloud security, and enterprise architecture methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead secure solution design across diverse platforms.
* Experience integrating cyber controls across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
* Understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps principles.
Technical Expertise
* Enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines.
* Zero Trust architectures, IAM design.
* Data security (DLP, encryption, KMS) and observability (SIEM, logging).
Desirable: SABSA, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Security, CISSP certifications; experience in higher education or regulated sectors.

Remuneration Package:
HEW Level 9 $159,739 to $170,588 p.a. (comprising Salary of $134,981 to $144,149 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
