We’re expanding. Fast. And we’re looking for a Business Development Weapon who can open doors and close deals.
The Deal
$70K–$90K base + commissions
Realistic OTE: $120K–$150K+ (uncapped)
Performance Bonuses
Phone/laptop+ fuel card + company car included in the structure
Full-time role based in Adelaide

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hybrid role — part office, part home, part on the road.
The industries we operate in are fragmented — filled with smaller businesses offering similar services. Which means there are plenty of meaty opportunities to win work by simply showing up with more professionalism, faster response times, and better follow-through.
Cold calling businesses, councils, and property managers
Booking and running in-person site walkthroughs
Following up fast, closing faster
Building B2B relationships that stick
Building a pipeline that rewards repeat work — not just one-and-done wins
Attending networking events to build visibility and secure opportunities
Your weeks will be filled with conversations — not admin.
You’ll be on the phone, in inboxes, and in front of decision-makers, every single week. Because you know that’s how deals get done.
And when a client starts with one job, you’re already planting seeds for job two, three, and four.
Where It Leads
This isn’t a one-and-done role. It’s the start.
We’re planning a national expansion within the next 12 months — and that means opportunities beyond just being the on-the-ground BDM in Adelaide. Territory leadership, state-level strategy, new market launches — it’s all on the horizon.
In 6–12 months:
You’ll be leading sales strategy
Training junior BDMs
Potentially stepping into a Sales Manager or GM seat
You build the revenue — we build your runway.
You won’t be fighting for scraps. You’ll be building the table.
What You Need
Confidence on the phone & in person
Hunger for progress — not just promises
Driver’s licence + your own vehicle
Sales experience is essential — we’re not teaching you how to walk, we need someone ready to run
Sold B2B before
Knocked on doors
Picked up the phone when others wouldn’t
Worked in sales in any of the following: trade services or products, real estate, or home improvement
An established network in the building or real estate industries is highly regarded
We care less about your resume — and more about your grit.
Not a sterile corporate. We get that life happens — school drop-offs, a plumber running late, whatever. If you communicate and handle your business, we’ve got no issues.
