Key Responsibilities:
* Support financial coordination, including budget tracking, payment processing, and reporting for multiple projects.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, logistics, and itineraries for staff, consultants, and visiting delegations.
* Assist with event planning and delivery across the Pacific region.
* Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure activities are delivered on time and within scope.
* Support coordination with local, regional, and international partners.
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on program progress and impact.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, project management, or a related field.
* Experience supporting program delivery in an international context.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
