Remuneration: $39.21 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
As our Home Services Lead, you will deliver high‐quality, person‐centred services across home environments, guide your team, oversee daily operations, and drive service performance to create a positive experience for residents, families, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐day delivery of food, cleaning, and laundry services.
* Coach, support, and develop your team, building a strong, accountable, and engaged culture.
* Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
* Oversee workflow, rostering, and operational performance.
* Maintain compliance with food safety, infection control, and quality standards.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong knowledge of food safety, infection control, and service standards in a regulated environment.
* Experience leading teams across kitchen operations, cleaning, and/or laundry services.
* Proven leadership capability, including coaching, rostering, and building a positive team culture.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving, organisation, and continuous improvement.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, families, and stakeholders.
* Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or Diploma).
* Relevant trade or operational qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Hospitality, Commercial Cookery) or equivalent supervisory experience.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
* Ability to satisfy all required probity checks in line with legislation and BlueCare policies.
