Senior Legal Advisor
A dedicated and resourceful legal professional is sought to support the company's commercial teams. This role involves providing expert guidance on complex legal matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and commercial law. They will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and work independently to meet deadlines.
* Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Assess and mitigate legal risk, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to provide aligned legal advice that balances local and global perspectives.
* Review and advise on diverse marketing and promotional activities, partnerships, and new product development initiatives.
Requirements
* 4-7 years PQE in private practice or in-house experience.
* Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills.
* Business-focused and commercial mindset, with a quick learning ability.
* Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to assess risks and provide actionable recommendations.
