Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reservations Executive. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring seamless execution of group bookings from contract to departure.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of customer service across every call, email, and enquiry, reflecting the hotel's signature style.
* Maintain accurate reservation data in Opera, including payments, routing, and essential details.
* Manage group bookings from contract to departure, handling room blocks, pickup, rooming lists, payments, and organiser communication.
* Built strong relationships with organisers, corporate clients, and travel partners.
* Create and present group resumes to internal teams, ensuring operational readiness.
* Liaise with all departments to ensure arrivals, VIPs, and special requests are executed flawlessly.
* Solve problems quickly and creatively, always keeping the guest at the centre.
Requirements
* Proven experience in reservations or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Opera software is an asset.
* Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
