 
        
        The RoleWe're looking for a qualified and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Stapylton team in a full time day shift role, working Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 3:00pm.In this position, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing facility by carrying out preventive maintenance and responding to breakdowns to keep production running efficiently.You'll bring relevant electrical trade qualifications, hands-on industrial or manufacturing experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a proactive, safety-first approach.We offer a supportive team environment, competitive hourly rates, and genuine opportunities for development and career growth.If you're reliable, motivated, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you! 
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on fixed plant equipment, including PLCs and circuitry, to ensure operational reliabilityRespond to breakdowns, working closely with the Operations team to troubleshoot and minimise downtimeSupport plant shutdowns through major overhauls and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesMaintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all tasksWhat You Will Need to SucceedA valid, unrestricted electrical trade qualification with proven industrial experienceStrong fault-finding skills and PLC diagnostic capabilitySelf-motivated, energetic, and confident with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safetyOur BusinessAdbri Masonry is Australia's leading concrete products manufacturer supplying quality concrete bricks, blocks, pavers, retaining walls, erosion control products and architectural masonry solutions.
