About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced leader to take charge of operations at ENDLESS & CO. As a fast-growing ecommerce jewellery brand, we need someone who's organised, reliable, and confident managing the day-to-day, from stock and dispatch to overseeing customer service and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
This role covers it all: managing inventory and a small team, improving systems, ordering packaging and supplies, and ensuring the warehouse is set up to scale. You'll be the go-to person on the floor, keeping things efficient, accurate and customer-focused.
We're after someone who's hands-on, loves a well-run system, and thinks ahead to solve problems before they pop up. You'll be the first point of contact for the warehouse team, and while you'll have full ownership of daily operations, we expect clear, regular updates.
Core responsibilities:
* Run the day-to-day warehouse operations with confidence and clarity
* Set up the team each morning with clear priorities and tasks
* Jump in to support with fulfilment, customer service or other areas when needed
* Make sure all orders go out on time and to standard, especially during launches and sales
* Stay on top of stock levels, barcoding, tray prep and incoming deliveries
* Lead stocktakes and keep inventory accurate and organised
* Order packaging and warehouse supplies to avoid shortages
* Oversee customer service fulfilment with a strong customer-first mindset
* Pack products for campaigns, support shoots, and assist with styling
* Monitor supplier timelines and raise delivery issues with couriers such as Australia Post
* Ensure the team consistently meets KPIs and SLAs
* Plan and manage casual staff rosters during high-demand periods
* Communicate clearly with the founders
* Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse space
* Help improve systems and plan ahead for growth and scale
What we're looking for:
* Previous warehouse or operations management experience
* A leader who sets the standard and isn't afraid to get hands-on
* Highly organised with strong communication skills
* A proactive problem-solver who's always thinking a few steps ahead
* Comfortable with lifting boxes and managing incoming stock, often in pallets
* Experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify
* Strong understanding of stock control and ecommerce workflows
* A natural team leader who fosters a positive, productive culture
* Australian work rights are required for this position
