System Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to schools. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and server management.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure in schools, supporting staff and students, and administering complex enterprise environments.
* Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
* Administer and support school networks and server environments.
* Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
Essential Technical Skills
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
* Hyper-V virtualization administration.
* Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers.
* Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365).
* Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration.
* Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching).
* Cisco wireless technologies (controllers, APs).
