The successful applicant/s will be responsible for providing a high quality, social work service to all inpatient and outpatients of the hospital as required including assessment, treatment, evaluation and planning and manages a designated case load.
As part of a multidisciplinary team provides Social Work services to patients.
Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care.
