Studio Operations Support Person

The opportunity:
Love being behind the scenes and keeping things running smoothly? Village Roadshow Studios is looking for a Studio Operations Support superstar to join our team and play a key role in supporting day to day studio operations.
This is a hands on, varied role where no two days are the same. From liaising with productions and supporting site operations, to general admin and compliance tasks, you'll be the friendly, organised go to person helping the Studios tick along seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
This role is all about helping the studio shine. You'll be:
• Providing administrative and reception support including phone and email enquiries, filing, scanning, correspondence and general office duties as required
• Liaising with film productions and tenants onsite to support daily operations
• Coordinating and following up on maintenance queries
• Monitoring contract cleaners and communicating feedback and requests
• Assisting with pre production and wrap inspections and reporting
• Updating fire and preventative maintenance documentation
• Supporting audits, reports and compliance activities
• Managing the sign out of keys to productions and assisting with issuing security IDs
• Assisting with purchase requisitions, invoices and end of month processes in SAP
• Creating occasional social media posts
• Supporting the maintenance team and escalating any issues that may impact studio operations
• Developing a strong working knowledge of the studio site, operational manuals and emergency procedures
What you'll bring:

• Previous administration or office support experience (highly desirable)
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner
• Strong organisation, time management and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders across the business
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP (purchase requisitions, purchase orders and end of month processes) – an advantage
