As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Griffith - Clifton Boulevard:
At Goodstart Griffith - Clifton Boulevard, we pride ourselves on catering for up to 75 children. We are located near churches, ovals, primary schools, and high schools, in the prime Griffith area.
We have a family culture built on respect, where we are very welcoming and inclusive. We thrive on team building and teamwork. Everyone has a voice and is included in all decision-making. Our centre operates on a three-monthly roster, allowing educators to take turns doing opens, middle shifts, and closes. This role is in a Preschool room, working alongside a Senior educator five days a week, with additional support from an ISS.

You’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
If you have experience leading change in education and hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent, we’d love to discuss which of our opportunities suits you best.
