About the RoleSt Luke's Anglican School is seeking a dedicated Uniform Shop Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school uniform shop. This part-time role, based in Bundaberg, offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our school community.What you'll be doingManage the school uniform shop, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.Provide exceptional customer service to school families, assisting with uniform fittings and purchases.Process sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records.Collaborate with the school administration to ensure seamless communication and operations.Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems.Assist with coordinating uniform sales during peak periods, such as the start of the school year.What we're looking forPrevious experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a school uniform shop or similar environment.Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively manage inventory and sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for outstanding customer service.Proficiency in using point-of-sale and inventory management systems.A team player capable of working collaboratively with the school administration.A commitment to the values and mission of St Luke's Anglican School.What we offerAt St Luke's Anglican School, we value our employees and aim to provide a supportive, rewarding environment.
