St Francis Catholic College is a co‐educational, multi‐campus secondary school seeking passionate and committed educators to join its growing team. The College opened a new campus in Cobblebank in 2023 with an intake of 140 Year 7 students and will accommodate 1,500 Year 7‐12 students by 2028. The Year 7‐12 Melton West campus, with its exceptional facilities and secondary pathways, serves as the foundation for the new campus model.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community.
* Highly developed communication, planning, decision‐making and negotiation skills.
* The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative professional culture.
* Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning.
* Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources.
* Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others.
Skills & Experience Required
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent).
* A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College.
* Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes.
* An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* An eagerness to learn.
Special Requirements
* St Francis Catholic College promotes safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children; the applicant must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to providing a safe environment for children.
* Relevant Vocational Qualification.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or Permission to Teach (PTT).
* Working with Children Check if not a holder of VIT registration.
* Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
