About The Role
The Customer Resolution Officer role involves delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with various City departments, and maintaining accurate information. The ideal candidate should excel in problem-solving, be dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive team environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and be committed to upholding corporate values.

About You
You feel confident in frontline roles, being able to communicate clearly and using effective problem‑solving skills to resolve issues and manage conflict professionally. You understand local government services and how they support the community. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, work well within team, and are committed to providing positive, professional, and solution‑focused outcomes. You may hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification or have experience delivering excellent customer service across a wide range of inquiries
