About the Role At this level, you’ll take a leadership role across a diverse mix of corporate insolvency and restructuring matters. Depending on your seniority, your responsibilities may include: Overseeing a portfolio of engagements including administrations, liquidations, receiverships and restructures Leading financial investigations, forensic reviews and preparation of detailed reports Managing stakeholder relationships with directors, creditors, legal advisers, banks and financiers Reviewing complex financial information and guiding strategic decision-making Supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high-quality output Managing statutory deadlines and ensuring compliance across all engagements Overseeing asset realisation, recovery actions and negotiations Presenting findings to internal leadership and external parties Contributing to business development, proposal preparation and building long-term client relationships About You Solid experience in corporate insolvency, 5 years Strong technical understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements CA/CPA completed or in progress Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Skilled in leading teams, reviewing work and coaching junior staff Confident communicator who can engage professionally with directors, creditors and legal advisers Strong commercial judgement and the ability to handle complex situations independently What’s on Offer Attractive salary package monthly or quarterly bonus structure Support for professional development and advanced training Pathway to accelerated career progression based on performance Hybrid working options once established in the role Inclusive, collaborative team culture with real work-life balance Exposure to a diverse range of engagements and complex matters
