This is a unique opportunity to help establish and shape a newly recognised statewide peak organisation that supports specialist sexual assault services across Queensland. Working closely with the CEO as part of the executive leadership team, the COO will play a key role in setting up the organisation’s systems, infrastructure, and internal operations during an important growth phase.
The role oversees essential business services including human resources, risk and compliance, administration, IT systems, procurement, and property management. A major early priority will be setting up the Brisbane office and establishing the policies, systems, and processes that enable the organisation to operate effectively and sustainably.
