Role: Customer Care Specialist (Dimensions Care Partner)

Your Impact
As a customer care specialist, you will play a pivotal role in solving day to day challenges and empowering our centre teams to focus on what matters most – supporting children and families.
You'll be the first point of contact for our rostering and time & attendance system enquiries, using your natural technology problem solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions. At Goodstart we call this a Dimensions Care Partner, forming part of our dedicated Dimensions system and labour support team.

You will
Be customer focused with a friendly, inquisitive demeanour
Have exceptional written and oral communication skills with adaptability
Be able to manage multiple systems and excel in a high-paced, high-volume environment
Be highly organised with attention to detail and a great work ethic
Be tech savvy with a willingness to learn and grow your knowledge
Deliver support and advice to customers in line with Goodstart Policies and Guidelines, and Award legislation and provisions
Have intermediate Microsoft Suite experience including Excel, Word, and Teams
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of requests
Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously when required
Hold a QLD Blue card or be willing to obtain
Reside in South East Queensland and have access to reliable transport
Even better if you
Have knowledge of UKG (Dimensions)
Have experience in workforce management, systems, time & attendance, human resources or payroll related positions
Have previous experience in workforce planning or resource scheduling
Have time & attendance data review experience relating to pay files
