* We are currently hiring for multiple opportunities across the Sigma Healthcare & Chemist Warehouse group!
* With a mixture of 12 Month Fixed Term & Permanent Full Time Opportunities – there is a place for everyone!
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a Group Interview held at our Preston Support Office, designed to help you shine individually, collaborate as a team and get to know our business in greater detail. The sessions will run within the next fortnight (Week Commencing 20 April 2026) and confirmed dates and times will be communicated directly with successful applicants!

About the Role

Reporting into our Sigma Customer Service Team Lead's, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our pharmacy partners. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely, accurate and professional support while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries with a focus on one‐call resolution, maintaining accurate records using our CRM system (Genesys), and escalating issues appropriately in line with company policy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Retail, Pricing & IT to ensure seamless customer outcomes and promote end‐to‐end customer solutions.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment, takes pride in delivering great customer experiences, and is motivated by problem‐solving and continuous improvement. We are also seeking candidates who can demonstrate flexibility across all rostered shifts within our Contact Centre, which operates between 8:00am and 9:00pm, with rosters published one month in advance for both employment types.

You'll be supported with training, coaching and development to help you succeed in your role and grow your career at Sigma.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong customer‐first mindset along with:

* Previous experience in customer service - ideally contact centre, however if you have a passion for retail or pharmacy, we'd love to hear from you too!
* The ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Confidence using CRM systems, telephony and contact centre technologies
