We are currently seekingCommunitySupport Workers - Domestic Assistants who are looking toconnect, care, and make every day comfortable and enjoyable for ourclients. As aCommunity Support Worker - DomesticAssistant, you will be assisting clients with generalhousework to ensure their home environment remains clean andorganised. This is a role that will see you build meaningfulrelationships with our clients and their families.
As a Community Support Worker - Domestic Assistant, youwill:
* Work with clients across the Southern Suburbs.
* Carry out domestic tasks to ensure our client's homeenvironment remains clean and organised.
* Assist in the preparation of meals for our clients.
* Support our clients socially and domestically whilecreating a positive rapport.
* Encourage and promote independence and freedom ofchoice.

What you need:
* Previous experience working in the Community Aged Care(preferred).
* A valid driver's licence with access to your ownvehicle.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to relate to the older people with empathy andunderstand their needs.
* Demonstrate flexible decision making and advancedproblem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills toeffectively plan and prioritise work tasks.
* Enjoy building positive relationships with clients andtheir families.
