**About the role**:
- Initially taking calls from injured workers, and initiating the claim on the system
- Dealing with enquiries from clients and providing the highest level of service, demonstrating empathy
- Working in a dynamic environment, where priorities change
- Managing a wide range of calls and dealing with disputes/distressed clients
- This is a fast-paced role where your communication and administration/computer skills will be put to full use
**What you will bring**:
- Experience in a high-volume customer service role, within a business environment
- Outstanding query resolution skills
- Your ability to work in an environment with competing priorities
