This is a 12‐month contract role open to local residential candidates based in Darwin, NT.
Responsibilities
* Support all Functional Teams to understand cost drivers, validate forecasts and ensure expenditure is correctly captured and classified against budgets and cost structures
* Prepare monthly cost and forecast reports, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submissions
* Reconcile actual expenditure against budgets to support accurate, auditable reimbursable cost claims to the Client
Requirements
* Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel (VBA), Power Point, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint
* Preferred knowledge of ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, JD Edwards
* Exceptional communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
* Collaborative workstyle and ability to build strong working relationships across all functions
* Be proactive, adaptable with strong analysis and critical thinking skills
