Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Optical Assistant to provide outstanding patient service at the front of house.
As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with eyewear selection, basic dispensing support, and contributing to a smooth patient journey.

* Assist with eyewear selection and basic dispensing tasks
* Contribute to a professional and welcoming patient environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Front of house patient service and assistance
* Support optometrists and dispensers as needed
* Learn and grow in a supportive team environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in health, retail, or customer service highly regarded
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
* Language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean an advantage
