Catering HQ is seeking a talented and dedicated Pastry Chef to join our amazing kitchen team at Catering HQ Wholefoods production kitchen.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Must display excellent prep, baking and presentation skill
* Demonstrate a keen interest in growing food trends, techniques and the ability to contribute to menu planning
* Strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes
* Ability to handle large service numbers providing desserts for all venues
* Exceptional knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS
* Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
* Confidence to put forward new ideas and humble enough to listen and learn
* Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
* Immaculate presentation and grooming
KEY QUALITIES
* A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
* Be flexible with working hours - Shifts are 2pm until 10pm
* A team spirit, bright and positive demeanour
