Position: Full-Time Waitstaff
Salary: From $63,000 per year
Location: Cairns, Queensland
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers, present menus, and explain menu items when required
* Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar
* Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
* Clear and reset tables between guests
* Handle customer payments and operate POS systems
* Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and utensils
* Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience in a hospitality or customer service role
* Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Hospitality qualification desirable but not essential

Position: Full-Time Cook
Salary: From $68,000 per year
Location: Cairns, Queensland
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
* Ensure correct portion sizes and presentation for each dish
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
* Store food correctly and monitor stock rotation
* Follow food safety and workplace health & safety procedures at all times
* Work as part of a team to ensure timely service during busy periods
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen
* Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and hygiene practices
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Culinary qualifications desirable but not essential
