The Learning Management System Troubleshooter will be providing assistance with the following activities :
Working with the Education Team to identify and understand a range of issues with the use and navigation of online courses.
May involve speaking with RSPCA volunteers or members of the public to understand and troubleshoot particular issues.
The software we use includes an LMS through We Teach Me (booking platform), LMS through ACORN as per the Learning and Development offerings to staff and volunteers through RSPCA.
Updating and creating learning modules using the design software Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Assist in exploring each issue experienced by users and help problem solve these.
To successfully undertake this role, the volunteer will possess the following skills, attributes and / or experience :
Essential
Well established experience with Information Technology Systems
Experience working behind the scenes of website and LMS frameworks
Ability to work with team members to find solutions and options for each problem
Desirable
Experience working or volunteering in the Information Technology or Information Systems field

Volunteers will be required to complete 3 online learning modules prior to commencement. Education Team members will provide an overview of each of the course libraries and how users access and navigate them. Login details will be provided for the purpose of accessing the back end of the relevant courses and software.
