The Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our commercial office and work alongside our Director, playing a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Our specialist commercial agency services the Sydney metropolitan region and beyond. You will assist with a broad range of tasks relating to listing and transacting commercial property, including marketing preparation, presenting to prospective clients and assisting with their requirements.
• Supporting the Director with day-to-day operations
• Supporting the Director with campaign management
• Sourcing new leads through structured prospecting
• Managing buyer enquiries and assisting with inspections
• Database management and consistent follow-up
• Identifying and helping secure new business opportunities
• Conducting Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and research
Key Skills and Attributes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• High level of organisation and clear communication
• Driven and ambitious mindset focused on meeting and exceeding targets
• Resilient and persistent with a proactive approach to prospecting
• Strong attention to detail in managing leads and CRM records
• Knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market is advantageous
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
About You
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, ambition and cultural fit. Real estate experience, whether residential or commercial, is highly preferable.

• Understanding of commercial property sales, leasing or management is an advantage
• Proficiency with CRM systems is ideal
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Vehicle and current driver's licence
