About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team at Romily House, responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations.
* Organise and implement food service in accordance with planned menus
* Prepare and serve meals that align with the menu and complies with all necessary health standards
* Analyse performance to ensure continuous improvements are achieved
Duties:
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cookery, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy towards aged individuals, and an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning daily food preparation lists for efficient production,
auditing environmental compliance requirements
