Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to manage end-to-end contract administration for facilities-management agreements with various stakeholders. This role involves managing multiple contracts, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation to close-out.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of contract terms.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their needs effectively.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract-related tasks and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience and possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management skills. A C Class Driver’s Licence is preferred.
