Compounding Pharmacist – Community & Aged Care

We're looking for a detail-oriented, passionate Compounding Pharmacist who thrives on customised medication therapy and clinical problem-solving - not the traditional dispensing grind. Join our dedicated compounding pharmacy team, where you'll support both aged care facilities and individual patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Prepare and supervise high-quality compounded medications in line with TGA and Pharmacy Board of Australia guidelines
* Deliver tailored solutions for aged care residents and individual patients, collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and prescribers
* Conduct quality control and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and territory legislation and GMP standards
* Ensure adherence to all relevant SOPs and safety protocols
What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist (no conditions or restrictions)
* Minimum 2 years current, post-registration experience in non-sterile compounding (required)
* Current certification from PCCA or Medisca (required)
* Strong understanding of USP 795, 797, and/or 800 standards with a quality-first approach
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Strong communication skills with the ability to consult effectively with prescribers and patients to optimise customised formulas
* Self‐motivated, team‐oriented, and eager to grow professionally
