Villa Maria Unanderra is seeking a dedicated Residential Aged Care Manager to lead our vibrant and supportive team.This opportunity has become available due to the retirement of our long-standing Manager, offering a rare chance to step into a well-established role with a strong foundation.As the Residential Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 96-bed, single level home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents. With a full master roster in place and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions.You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 2 Care Managers, Administration Manager, and a committed team of nurses and carers.
