**The Role**:
Bespoke Letterpress is currently seeking Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our teams at our Flagship store in Bowral, The Southern Highlands. We are looking for a adaptable approach to working hours approx 25hrs a week, with weekdays as well as weekends, including full availability throughout Christmas, Easter and Peak Sale periods, is required for this role, with an immediate start. It's that magical time of the year, so during the Christmas period, there will be additional hours including late nights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Merchandise, maintain and replenish store stock to brand standards
- Deliver excellence in store presentation and cleanliness.
- Efficient operation of Point of Sale, Eftpos, administration procedures including open, close and banking.
- Collaborate within the team to achieve team goals.
- Effective communication with teams across stores and Head Office, providing feedback on opportunities.
- Have exceptional customer service skills with proven retail experience.
- Have an unwavering love and passion for stationery, printed goods and beautiful paper products.
- Be proactive, hardworking and dedicated individual with good problem solving skills.
- Possess a positive outlook and be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Have excellent communication, conversational and interpersonal skills
