The Role
This position involves managing people welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks, and discussions. Accurate payment of employees through timesheet management and payroll reconciliations is also essential.
* Mobilising PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) staff.
* Providing transportation for employees during incidents.
* Creating reports for Vevo checks.
* Managing clients and employees effectively to ensure high attendance rates.
