Kirimana operate differently to other recruitment businesses. We support local talent where possible and supplement with offshore talent where needed - giving you more options, more reach, and more ways to deliver for your clients. You'll be building your own desk with the backing of existing relationships, a strong company reputation, and a team that knows how to execute. You won't be starting from scratch, but you will be expected to take ownership. You'll have the autonomy to grow your desk, backed by a team and business that operates on a different level to anything else in the NZ recruitment and contract labour space. If you know how to build relationships, create opportunity, and follow through, you'll do well here.
What we're looking for
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment (contract or permanent)
* Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships
* The ability to generate new business and convert opportunities
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
* A high level of personal accountability and professionalism
* A full or restricted driver's licence
