Job Title: Senior Maintenance Work Package Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Work Package Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Above Water Systems operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing allocated bids, work packages, and/or projects.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to think big and make it happen, collaborating with others to manage assembled bid/project teams and ensure project deliverables are on target.
You will play a strategic role in proactively managing customer and business requirements, engaging transversally across functional areas to optimise resource allocation for bid activities.
Maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial in this position, as well as enriching customer experience and achieving sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a team of Work Package Managers and Trade Superintendents under the AWS Operations PMO management structures
* Engaging transversally across functional areas to optimise resource allocation for bid activities
* Proactively managing customer and business requirements
* Maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications from either a trade or technical background
* Experience in a similar Bids or Project Management role
* Intermediate computer skills with experience in utilising complex Work Breakdown Structures
* Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams
* Well-developed analytical skills and proven experience in utilising and reporting on complex data
