Key Responsibilities
* Support the development, implementation, and assessment of programs tailored to meet individual and collective needs across various developmental stages.
* Collaborate closely with educators to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, standards, and legislation while actively contributing to quality improvement and accreditation processes.
* Monitor, record, and evaluate children's activities, providing feedback to enhance care and program effectiveness.
* Maintain open communication with parents regarding their children's developmental needs and interests, encouraging participation in programs and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children through diligent supervision.
Requirements
* Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Possess current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates or be able to acquire them before commencement.
* Hold a current Positive Notice Working with Children Blue Card and a police clearance.
