Overview
Alumni Experience Coordinator at Southern Cross University within the Marketing, Digital and Communications team, Future Students and Outreach portfolio. Lead and implement engaging alumni strategies to strengthen connections with graduates across Australia and globally. Coordinate alumni events, communications, partnerships and programs to foster lifelong relationships and advocacy. Solid project management, compelling content creation, and cross-team collaboration are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the University’s Alumni Strategy
- Design and manage events, campaigns, and programs to engage alumni
- Oversee alumni communications across social media, websites, and e-newsletters
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance alumni networks and opportunities
- Use data insights to segment audiences and track engagement performance

Qualifications
- A relevant degree in marketing, communication, public relations, business, or related fields, with professional experience or equivalent expertise
- Proven ability to manage or lead projects effectively, meeting deadlines and within budget; experience managing multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience producing marketing and promotional materials
- Proficiency with content and customer relationship management systems, databases, and the Microsoft Office suite (including advanced Excel); strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team

- Full-time, fixed term (12 months)
- Locations: Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450; Gold Coast, QLD 4225; or Lismore, NSW 2480
- HEW Level 6; base salary ranges from A$95,961 to A$105,250 per year, plus 17% employer superannuation. Total remuneration package up to A$123,142
