What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 12 months' experience operating 400t+ open-cut mining excavators and large mining dozers
* Relevant RII competencies, or a verified training transcript issued within the last five years
* Current Standard 11 and valid Driver's Licence
* A consistent, proactive approach to safety
* A collaborative mindset and flexibility to meet operational needs
* A willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
